Coverage Area
AmazingSouth Attachments ships to residential and commercial addresses throughout the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and international addresses is not currently available.
Shipping Methods
Orders ship via parcel carriers or LTL freight depending on the size and weight of the item. Small accessories and parts typically ship via UPS or FedEx. Attachments and larger equipment ship via freight carriers.
Freight deliveries are curbside. Liftgate service is included on qualifying shipments. The carrier will deliver to a ground-accessible location such as a driveway or loading area. Inside placement, stair access, and unpacking are not included. Moving equipment from the delivery point is the customer's responsibility.
Freight shipments require a scheduled appointment. Once your shipment reaches the local terminal, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time. A responsible adult must be present to receive the delivery and sign the paperwork.
Order Processing and Transit
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday
Processing time: 3–5 business days, excluding federal holidays
Transit time: 4–9 business days
Estimated delivery window: 7–14 business days from order date
Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier capacity, weather, or supply disruptions. Customers will be contacted promptly when a delay affects their shipment.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent by email within one business day of shipment. If tracking has not arrived within five business days of your order date, contact us at sales@amazingsouth.com.
Shipping Address
Review all address details carefully before completing checkout. Once a shipment has left our warehouse, delivery address changes are generally not possible. If a carrier is able to redirect a shipment after it has left the facility, additional fees will apply and are the customer's responsibility. Delays, redelivery charges, or lost shipments resulting from address errors at checkout are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Receiving and Inspecting Your Delivery
Inspect all deliveries before signing. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before the driver departs. Damage must be reported to us within 15 calendar days of delivery. For freight deliveries where damage was not noted at the time of delivery, reports must be submitted within 5 business days. Claims submitted outside these windows may not be eligible for resolution.
Cancellations and Modifications
Orders that have not yet shipped may be modified or canceled at no charge. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not available — a return may be requested under the Return Policy. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
