Sales Tax Collection

AmazingSouth Attachments collects sales tax on orders delivered to addresses within Texas, consistent with our current tax obligations under state and local law.

Orders shipped to addresses outside of Texas are not subject to sales tax collection at this time based on our current nexus status.

At Checkout

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed before an order is finalized. No tax charges are applied without prior visibility at checkout.

Policy Updates

Tax collection requirements can change as a result of legislative updates at the state or federal level. This policy will be updated to reflect any changes in our collection obligations.
