Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders ship free to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations is not available at this time.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Transit time is typically 4–9 business days, putting the total estimated delivery window at 7–14 business days from the order date. Larger attachments ship freight and require a scheduled delivery appointment once the shipment reaches your local terminal.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information is emailed within one business day of shipment. If you haven't received tracking within five business days of placing your order, reach out at sales@amazingsouth.com.

What if something arrives damaged?

Photograph the damage immediately and contact us at sales@amazingsouth.com with your order number and photos. For freight shipments, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Damage must be reported within 15 calendar days of delivery. For freight deliveries where damage was not noted at the time of delivery, reports must be submitted within 5 business days.

Can I return my order?

Unused, uninstalled items in original packaging may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Contact us first to receive a Return Authorization number — returns sent without one will not be accepted.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the order has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not available. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?

Yes. As an authorized retailer for all brands we carry, every product sold through AmazingSouth Attachments is authentic and backed by the full manufacturer warranty.

Do you ship to commercial addresses?

Yes. Free shipping applies to both residential and commercial locations within the 48 contiguous United States.

How do I know if an attachment is compatible with my machine?

Call or email us before ordering. Our team can verify compatibility using your machine make, model, and hydraulic specifications. We'd rather confirm fit before the order than troubleshoot after delivery.
